Classes are held on scheduled dates and times, excluding Public Holidays, unless otherwise specified.
Changes to the date of your class must be requested at least 7 days in advance. Requests made within less than one week will not be accommodated.
All fees are non-refundable. However, you may choose to postpone your class to a later available date.
The studio reserves the right to reschedule or cancel classes due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., emergencies, instructor unavailability). In such cases, students will be notified as early as possible, and alternative arrangements will be provided.
Payment must be made in full before the start of the class to secure your spot.
Students are required to arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in missed instructions, and no extra time will be provided.
This class is designed for students aged 9 years and above. Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who remains present during the session.
Each session is limited to a maximum of 5 students to ensure personalized attention unless otherwise specified.
Tools and equipment, such as sewing machines and scissors, are provided for use during the class.
Any intentional or negligent damage to studio property, including tools and equipment, will result in a replacement or repair fee at the discretion of the studio.
Students must follow all safety instructions provided by the instructor, especially when handling sharp tools or operating sewing machines. Failure to do so may result in dismissal from the class without refund.
By enrolling in the class, you agree to release and discharge the sewing studio and its instructors from any claims or liabilities arising from participation in the class, including but not limited to personal injury or property damage.
The sewing studio and its instructors will take all necessary precautions to ensure a safe and enjoyable learning environment. However, the studio shall not be held responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages incurred during or as a result of the class.
By attending the class, you consent to the studio taking photographs or videos during the session for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the instructor before the class begins.
By enrolling in a class at Two Moles Sdn. Bhd., you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
